- Joined the Firm in 2003. Before joining the law firm, Mr. Berger worked for the Washington, D.C. firm of Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP, focusing in the areas of antitrust law, corporate law and white collar crime.
- Experienced in drafting briefs, defending mergers before government agencies, analyzing product and geographic markets in assessing antitrust aspects of proposed acquisitions and counseling both public and private clients on antitrust matters.
- Negotiating share redemption agreements and facilitating real property transfers on behalf of closely held corporations in protracted probate proceeding.
