- Joined the Firm as an associate attorney in 1990 and was elected partner in 1997.
- Mr. Drechsler serves as a Member of the Firm's Executive Committee.
- Mr. Drechsler is Partner in Charge of Buckingham's Cleveland office, and was the former Litigation Practice Group Leader for Cleveland.
- Mr. Drechsler's areas of Litigation practice include Intellectual Property, Commercial/Business, Inheritance Controversy/Probate, Real Estate and Employment.
- Mr. Drechsler handles cases before Federal and State courts and has vast experience in the following matters:
- Patent, trademark and copyright litigation
- Trade secret, non-competition and unfair competition
- Business and commercial disputes
- Employment discrimination disputes including race, age, gender and sexual harassment
- Complex probate matters including will and trust contests and breach of fiduciary duty cases
- Real Estate disputes including commercial landlord/tenant disputes
- Several class actions including cases involving RESPA, RISA and Shareholder derivative suits (recently prevailed in having class certification motion denied in multi-million dollar RESPA case before the Federal District Court, Northern District of Ohio)
