• Joined the Firm as an associate attorney in 1990 and was elected partner in 1997.

• Mr. Drechsler is Partner in Charge of Buckingham's Cleveland office, and was the former Litigation Practice Group Leader for Cleveland.

  • Employment discrimination disputes including race, age, gender and sexual harassment

  • Real Estate disputes including commercial landlord/tenant disputes
    
  • Several class actions including cases involving RESPA, RISA and Shareholder derivative suits (recently prevailed in having class certification motion denied in multi-million dollar RESPA case before the Federal District Court, Northern District of Ohio)
