Hodgkiss is an intellectual property attorney who focuses on foreign and domestic patent and trademark applications. He counsels clients on matters of trade secrets, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and licensing agreements. His experience and expertise add to Buckingham’s growing business practice group.

Hodgkiss manages all aspects of IP law, including patent applications for sophisticated electronic, software, electromechanical and mechanical technologies in addition to conducting trademark registrability searches.
