Bennet concentrates his practice in trusts & estates and real estate, drawing on a strong background in public‑sector law and litigation. He brings experience analyzing complex legal issues, preparing detailed legal opinions, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements—skills he applies to estate planning, estate administration, and real estate matters.

Before joining the firm, Bennet served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office, where he represented elected officials and public entities in a wide range of civil matters. His work included drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, coordinating discovery and public records responses, and advising clients on legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Bennet also served as a Juvenile Prosecutor and as a Certified Legal Intern with the City of Canton Prosecutor’s Office, gaining substantial courtroom and case‑management experience. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
