Beth is a partner at Buckingham where she focuses on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and real estate matters. She has over 15 years of experience representing lenders in complex Chapter 11, 7, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as foreclosure and commercial real estate transactions.
Beth advises financial institutions, mortgage companies, and investors on all aspects of creditor-debtor law, from loan documentation to litigation and enforcement actions. She has appeared in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Her practice includes filing motions for relief, objections to Chapter 11 plans, foreclosure actions, and negotiating loan workouts and forbearance agreements.
With a background that includes private practice, in-house banking experience, and judicial clerkship, Beth brings a well-rounded perspective to her clients. She is an active member of the legal community and serves in leadership roles within the Allegheny County Bar Association.
