Emily joined Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs in 2024 and brings her transactional and litigation experiences from New York City.  Her practice focuses on offering unique solutions to businesses and individuals who have been subjected to unwarranted reputational attacks.

Emily practices in both state and federal court but also works to obtain remedies outside of litigation.  Her experiences include removing defamatory articles, fake reviews, and nonconsensual images and videos from the internet.  She also has experience in Anti-SLAPP and First Amendment issues, privacy laws, and online harassment.
