Joseph Zahn

As an associate in the Trusts and Estates Practice group, I assist individuals, families, and business owners in creating and administering their estate plans. I work closely with other Buckingham team members to prepare trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other related documents to achieve our clients’ objectives. I also work closely with executors and trustees to effectively administer decedents’ estates and trusts. With my background in tax law, I add value in identifying and resolving difficult tax issues associated with trust creation and administration, as well as business succession planning. My business law training allows me to assist other Buckingham attorneys in business transactional matters.
