About Richard:
I have dedicated my career of 50 years to helping clients create plans to protect their assets for themselves and the generations to follow. I take great pride in knowing that the work I do can help give my clients peace of mind and the assurance that their wishes will be followed.
Richard joined Buckingham in 2024. Previously he was Trustee for the National Hospice Foundation, Past President of the Fine Arts Association and a past Chair of Hospice of the Western Reserve, now on the Board of Directors of The Private Trust Company, N.A. His practice is concentrated in planning and administering trusts and estates for high net worth clients, their businesses and real estate. Richard has been appointed by probate judges as a successor fiduciary and Master Commissioner to correct the actions and misdoings of guardians, executors and trustees.
