BUCKINGHAM NAMES DAVID J. LINDNER AS NEW REAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE GROUP CHAIR

Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of David J. Lindner to Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate & Construction Practice Group.
Lindner succeeds Nicholas T. George, who has been in the leadership position for a combined 13 years—most recently from 2009 to 2019.
Lindner is a transactional attorney who handles buying, selling, leasing, development and financing of real estate for business clients. Clients rely on his expertise in negotiating and drafting contracts and leases, resolving title issues and closing deals. He works together with in-house counsel, architects, brokers, project managers and other members of the client’s real estate team to address every aspect of a transaction.
“David has proven himself to be an invaluable member of our team, providing tremendous service to clients.
