BUCKINGHAM NAMES JON STEFANIK AS NEW BUSINESS PRACTICE GROUP CHAIR

Akron, OH, January 17, 2020 – Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon R. Stefanik to Chair of the Firm’s Business Practice Group.
Stefanik is a business attorney with more than 10 years of experience counseling clients through complex transactions, buy and sell-side mergers & acquisitions, entity formations, start-up ventures, software licensing arrangements and contract drafting. He also guides clients through tax planning issues in relation to LLC and partnership taxation, estate and gift taxation, corporate taxation and state and local taxation.
Stefanik has recently been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® as the 2019 Lawyer of the Year in Akron for Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships). He has also been selected for inclusion on Ohio’s Super Lawyers® Rising Star list.
