Stefanik is a business attorney with more than 10 years of experience counseling clients through complex transactions, buy and sell-side mergers & acquisitions, entity formations, start-up ventures, software licensing arrangements and contract drafting. He also guides clients through tax planning issues in relation to LLC and partnership taxation, estate and gift taxation, corporate taxation and state and local taxation.
