Buckingham Partner, Josh O’Farrell, has been named the Chair of Buckingham’s Oil & Gas practice. Josh has extensive experience in representing landowners in matters involving litigation against oil and gas companies, assisting in royalty audits, and negotiating oil and gas leases, pipeline right-of-way agreements, and mineral sales to procure the best terms for his clients.
