BUCKINGHAM NAMES RICHARD B. FRY III AS NEW TAXATION PRACTICE GROUP CHAIR

Rich Fry Head ShotCleveland, OH, May 30, 2019 – Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard B. Fry III to Chair of the Firm’s Taxation Practice Group.

Fry succeeds Steven A. Dimengo, who has taken on the role of Managing Partner for Buckingham.

Fry is a business attorney who provides clients with practical tax planning advice and defends businesses in tax audits and appeals.  He represents clients on a wide variety of federal and state tax matters, real estate and other significant transactions, and business structure/organizations, with a focus on Ohio and multistate planning and controversies. He is Co-Chair of the Sales & Use Tax Subcommittee of the Ohio State Bar Association Taxation Committee and a member of the American Bar Association State and Local Tax Committee.

Rich Fry serves on the board of local charities and frequently presents on Ohio sales and use tax, commercial activity tax, and multistate tax issues.
