Dan is a business attorney who focuses his practice on representing middle market businesses and emerging growth companies in the manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare industries. Specifically, Dan has been helping US manufacturers grow and expand into worldwide markets with his international contracting and merger and acquisition experience.
