(CLEVELAND, OH, May 13, 2013) ― The law firm of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC, is proud to announce that John Swansinger joined the Firm as a Partner in the Cleveland office. Swansinger is a member of the Real Estate & Construction, Business and Litigation Practice Groups.
Prior to joining Buckingham, he founded The Swansinger Law Firm. He previously served as Managing Director at Ritzler, Coughlin & Swansinger, LLC. Swansinger serves clients that are diverse in size and industry with the common thread of entrepreneurship, development and growth. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, execution and negotiation. When necessary, Swansinger litigates large scale construction issues, transactions, acquisitions, business and labor and employment.

Swansinger received his B.S.B.A in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and his Juris Doctor from University of Akron School of Law. While attending University of Akron, he was a Trial Advocacy Award Winner and served on the Law Review.
Swansinger is a graduate of Elyria Catholic High School and now lives in Westlake. He enjoys spending time with his two children, family and friends. He leads a very active lifestyle which includes tennis, golf, skiing, boating, yoga and travel. He also loves theater, concerts, fine dining and sports.
