Buckingham Welcomes Mitchell T. Kolesar

(Canton, OH, December 16, 2021) – Buckingham is pleased to announce Mitchell T. Kolesar has joined the law firm as an Associate as of December 13, 2021.
Kolesar joins the Business practice group with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law in Cleveland, OH. He received his B.A. in political science with a concentration in Law, Courts and Politics from The University of Akron, Buchtel College of Arts & Sciences in Akron, OH. He brings both corporate counsel and firm experience, with an emphasis on M & A and real estate development.
