(Cleveland, OH, December 9, 2021) – Buckingham is pleased to announce that Buckingham attorney Monica Davis has been accepted into the FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2022.
Ladder Down is a year-long program that provides direct training and career development through a combination of coaches, sponsors, and participants to empower women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring.
Davis, a 2021 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, first joined Buckingham as a Summer Associate in 2020 and currently serves as an Associate in their Health & Medicine practice group.
“Being part of the Ladder Down program is a tremendous opportunity for me at this point in my career. I’m looking forward to learning all I can about building client relationships, developing my leadership skills, increasing my community involvement and so much more. I’m very grateful to be accepted into this program,” said Davis.
“Monica is one of the rising stars at our Firm,” said Buckingham’s Cleveland Office Partner-in-Charge John Swansinger. “Her dedication to learning and growing as an attorney is undeniable.
