(Akron, OH, April 27, 2023) – On April 26, 2023, during the annual meeting of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC Shareholders, the promotion of a Partner to Shareholder was determined, effective immediately.
Derrick Haines has been promoted to Shareholder. Haines joined the Firm in March of 2020 and is based in Buckingham’s Canton, Ohio office. Haines has worked on many sophisticated corporate, securities, and healthcare transactions, including several very large mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Haines earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Mount Union where he was a student-athlete on the football team. He earned his MBA from The University of Akron and his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law.
