Matti Promoted to Buckingham’s Director of Human Resources and Talent Success

(Cleveland, OH, January 3 , 202s) – Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs LLC is excited to announce that Caytie Matti has been promoted to Director of Human Resources and Talent Success.
Matti joined Buckingham in 2018 as Human Resources Manager and has hired more than 40 attorneys and staff during that time. As Chair of the Firm’s Recruitment and Retention Committee, she has also brought potential merger candidates to the Firm’s attention while continuing to manage all aspects of human resources for the firm. Matti will continue to ensure current attorneys and staff find their work rewarding while working on succession planning for the Firm’s future.

Matti’s background compliments the legal and administrative staff with a Master’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology with minors in Business and Spanish. She has worked in HR for 20 years in both manufacturing and professional service organizations.
Matti actively represents the Firm in her community involvement in the Association of Legal Administrators, the HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio, and the Institute for Leadership Advancement- Advisory Board.
