(Cleveland, OH, September 12, 2022) – Buckingham is proud to announce that Caytie Matti, Director of Human Resources and Talent Success, is a Finalist in Crain’s 2022 Excellence in HR Awards.
Honorees in five categories were selected by a panel of outside judges comprised of previous honorees. Matti is a finalist in the Overall Excellence, Individual, 51 to 500 Employees category.
“Caytie has done an amazing job in her role as Director of Human Resources and Talent Success,” said Buckingham Managing Partner Steve Dimengo, “Not only successfully leading the Firm’s retention and recruitment efforts, but also serving as a great champion and ambassador for Buckingham.”
Matti joined Buckingham in 2018 as Human Resources Manager and has hired dozens of attorneys and staff during that time. She manages all aspects of human resources for the Firm and serves as Chair of the Firm’s Recruitment and Retention Committee.
