Prominent IP attorney Timothy Hodgkiss joins Buckingham’s Akron Office

Buckingham is pleased to announce that intellectual property attorney Timothy A. Hodgkiss joins the Akron office as a Partner in the Business practice group starting February 17, 2020.
Hodgkiss is an intellectual property attorney who focuses on foreign and domestic patent and trademark applications. He counsels clients on matters of trade secrets, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and licensing agreements. His experience and expertise add to Buckingham’s growing business practice group.
