BUCKINGHAM ELECTS TWO NEW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
AND GENERAL COUNSEL
(AKRON, OH, April 29, 2019) – Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC, a full service business law firm, is proud to announce the election of new Executive Committee members and General Counsel to serve alongside existing Firm leadership.

Two new Executive Committee Members were elected on April 24, Dirk E. Riemenschneider and Susan C. Rodgers. Dustin J. Vrabel and Carl J. Dyczek remain on the committee joining Steve Dimengo. John F. Hill has been appointed as the Firm’s new General Counsel.
Dirk Riemenschneider joined Buckingham in 1998 and is chair of the Health & Medicine Practice Group. For more than 20 years, he has focused his practice on defending physicians, hospitals and long-term care facilities in medical malpractice actions. Dirk represents healthcare professionals and organizations throughout Ohio from individual practitioners to large-scale facilities. He handles very difficult client circumstances with sensitivity while vigorously protecting their interests.
Susan Rodgers is chair of the Employment and Labor Practice Group. She offers guidance to business owners, management teams and human resources directors on employment and labor law matters. When necessary, Susan defends clients before the National Labor Relations Board, Ohio Civil Rights Commission and state and federal courts. She works closely with clients to help them be more aware of the full effect of decisions upon companies and employees as a whole. With her new position in the Executive Committee, Susan steps down from her role as General Counsel to Buckingham.
John Hill is chair of the Litigation Practice Group and represents business owners with a focus on doctors, lawyers and other professionals. He is a courtroom lawyer and handles cases involving business interference, shareholder disputes and insurance and other contract disputes. He also serves as boardroom counselor to many companies that realize the importance of seeking counsel before issues arise.
